I'm a current resident on my 5th and last year here. I wrote a very nice review 2 months ago and it's gone straight downhill since. The boiler has broken at least 5 times...that means no hot water for the entire building. We used to have trash valet that would pick up trash at your door 5 days/week. That was removed by the fire department and people have to take their trash to the chute. No big deal except that the trash bins aren't emptied enough so the trash rooms are inoperable. The rooms are often filled with trash from Friday evening to Tuesday. The hallways are a mess and I'm surprised they even show the property in this condition. Not sure what happened recently but it's not good.
My experience at The Glenn has been outstanding from start to finish. The leasing staff, particularly Nick and Channing were incredibly professional, friendly, and personable during the tour. They were not only knowledgeable about the property but also quick to answer all my questions, making the application process smooth and hassle-free. The amenities offered are top-notch, and the location couldn't be better. I'm thrilled with my decision to move in here and highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a fantastic place to call home
Like many other recent reviews, I'm expressing my extreme frustration at the continual lack of hot water. It is a very expensive apartment complex, and the fact that it's becoming routine to wake up an hour early just to try to heat the water for half hour only to find out it still doesn't work. With 2 brand new complexes about to open on either side of this apartment, I'm betting a run out will occur as soon as they open.
Love everything about this apartment except the water has gone down multiple times in the two weeks since I’ve moved in and I hear it happens a lot. Starting to regret picking this place.
Great building, solid amenities and importantly an awesome group of people managing it, which to me makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. If you are looking in the area give the Glenn a shot!
